Intero Project - Work begins!

Osprey are delighted to have set up site in Clapham ahead of a 63-week programme on this large EPS render and timber cladding replacement. This is our second project working with Harris Associates with consultant liaison from Trifire, Stroma and Socotec.
With limited space for cabins on the ground, this impressive scaffolded gantry provides the space for 4 welfare cabins above a single storey plant room.

The project scope is determined by the initial FRAEW completed by the fire engineer. The Employers Requirements reflect that scope and Osprey design and procure to that specification. A PAS9980 assessment will be made, and the project aims to supply an EWS1 certificate on completion.
