At Osprey we have a methodology to ensure no combustible insulation is left exposed during works. One point of exposure is around scaffold ties as a hole is cut through the combustible cladding to fix to structure. To make safe all scaffold tie location, we insert a galvanised plate around the tie to cover the insulation. Simple and effective.
